Kuala Lumpurの紀伊国屋にも在庫があるようです。

@takugi さん、@Kirakira1232 さん、こんにちは。私は日本人のひらしんです。どうぞよろしく。

「おおいの人生の精神」という意味がよくわかりません。What do you mean by that?
And what's the name of the drama?
How do Japanese dramas differ from yours?

オストライというのはAustralia の意味ですか?もしそうだったらオーストラリアですね。メルボンは、ふつうメルボルンと言っています。

Let me correct your Japanese, OK?
We say 面白い本 instead of 面白く本. Similarly, we say 読みやすい本 instead of 読みやすく本.

We don't say どんな本を読んだらどうですか? Instead, we would say どんな本を読んだらいいですか?

ではまた

ひらしん

あ~!ひらしんさん、私の日本語はまだ上手じゃなかっ た。すみませんでした。
I'm so sorry Hirashin-san. My Japanese is terrible >< I need to practice more I think...:(

ありがとうございました!

きらきら1232さん、こんにちは。

You don't have to say すみませんでした. And please correct my English if you're a native speaker of English.

I'll correct your Japanese again.
We don't say 私の日本語はまだ上手じゃなかった. Say 私の日本語はまだダメですね or 私の日本語はまだまだですね。

Please take notes of my corrections and read them over and over again.

Repetition is the most important thing in learning anything.

If you write something in Japanese, I'll correct it if you'd like.

ところで、きらきらさんは、日本語をどうやって勉強し ていますか?

Enjoy learning Japanese.(^_^)/

ひらしん

あ~!ありがとございます、ひらしんさん。

私は大学に行くのは日本語を勉強しています。一年生で す。大学に行くの前に一回年で自分で日本語を勉強しま した。

私の日本語を分からなかったら、私に教えてください。

kirakiraさん、こんにちは。

じゃ、kirakiraさんの日本語をまた直しますね。(^_^)/

>私は大学に行くのは日本語を勉強しています。

この文の意味がよくわかりません。
「私は大学で日本語の勉強をしています」(I'm studying Japanese in college.)
という意味ですか?

>大学に行くの前に一回年で自分で日本語を勉強しま した。

「行くの前に」は「行く前に」が正しい表現です。

「一回年で」の意味が分かりません。「一年間」(for a year)の意味ですか?

> 私の日本語を分からなかったら、私に教えてください。

「日本語を分からなかったら」は「日本語がわからなか ったら」のほうがいいと思います。
でも、この言い方は、相手が日本語をあまり理解してい ない場合の言い方だと思います。
「私の日本語が変だったら」とか「私の日本語がおかし かったら」のほうがいいと思います。
Do you understand?

もっといろいろ日本語で書いてみてください。

Don't forget to take notes of the points I correct.

じゃ、またね。(^_^)/

ひらしん

Oh so its more natural to describe my Japanese as へん or おかしい instead of using 分かる。

Yes I was aiming for 一年間 I just wasnt sure how to express for a period of one year...so I used what I knew ><.

I totally forgot I could use 大学で。。。

ひらしんさんが日本語を直してくれてありがとうござい ました!

I hope I at least got that right

Yes. Please memorize Japanese sentences as well as Japanese words and phrases. If you want to be a good speaker/writer of Japanese, you should memorize a lot of Japanese sentences in their contexts.
(Please correct my English if needed)

Yes I was aiming for 一年間 I just wasnt sure how to express for a period of one year...so I used what I knew ><.

一回 ikkai means "once" as in "I play tennis once a week."

In that case, you should not say ひらしんさんが and 直してもらって
or more politely 直していただいて would be fine.

Please take notes of the points I corrected.

はい、それ"オストライ"はAustralia というだ。

If you say ...to iuda (というだ), you sounds like a countryman.
「オストライ」はAustraliaの意味です/でした would be better.

I don't understand what you mean. Do you mean you already knew
"オーストラリア" is the correct word for Australia?

それで、わたしは最近いそいで、遅くここにきてみるの こと、すみません

You might want to say
私は最近忙しくて、ここに来るのが遅くなってすみませ ん
(I've been busy. I'm sorry for coming here late)

We don't say 悪く事. Say 悪い事 instead.
笑えるの精神 should be 笑えるという精神.
日本語のドラマをしかみません should be 日本語のドラマでしか見ません.
ちがうだとおもった should be 違うと思った.

Oh, really? I didn't know that. I rarely see English movies or dramas.
I think Japanese dramas reflect the spirit of the Japanese. I hope it
is a good thing.

That should be
わたしが初めて見たドラマは「こりの世界」です。

That might be "koori no sekai" (氷の世界).
https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%B0%...83%A9%E3%83%9E)

No, I'm afraid I haven't seen the drama. You may have seen more Japanese dramas than I have.

Hirashin

Thank you for correcting me , I know those grammar, but i just make mistakes when i do them quick.

--Quote: Do you mean you already knew
"オーストラリア" is the correct word for Australia?
Yes, i know. I mean i am lazy to type because i still not familiar with the typing of katakana in japanese.

Quote:If you say ...to iuda (というだ), you sounds like a countryman.
Oh, this is interesting !
how will a modern people say this ?

--Quote:We don't say 悪く事. Say 悪い事 instead.
笑えるの精神 should be 笑えるという精神.
日本語のドラマをしかみません should be 日本語のドラマでしか見ません.
ちがうだとおもった should be 違うと思った.

Ok, i will note these .
i THINK this one...笑えるの精神 should be 笑えるという精神, still cant exactly express what i want to say, maybe there is some words that can use but i haven come across yet. I just want to mean "the ability to see enjoyment". Do u know how to express this , or did i conveyed the msg by saying 笑えるという精神 ?

--Quote:日本語のドラマをしかみません should be 日本語のドラマでしか見ません.

why it doesnt make sense if i use 日本語のドラマをしかみません?
Thank you if u could explain it to me..haha...

Have a nice day.

I assume you would like me to correct your Japanese. If not, I'm sorry.
You should not use the word 俺 except when you talk with your close friends or family members. It sounds rude.

Why did you say まだ? まだ as in まだ勉強する means "still".

じつわ should be written as じつは.

あがりこむした is funny. The correct past form of it is 上がり込んだ. But we would not say that in this case. 参加した or おじゃました would be fine.

We don't say 少年な学生. What do you mean by that? Do you mean you are a teenage student?

多分いっぱいまちがいがあるんだけど should be
多分いっぱいまちがいがあると思うけど/思いますが

Hope it helps.

Would you tell us a little more about yourself? Why are you going to Hiroshima?

Hirashin

Hello again, takugi san.

Quote:If you say ...to iuda (というだ), you sounds like a countryman.
Oh, this is interesting !
how will a modern people say this ?

I realize that I should have written "you sound like..." ^_^;;;

In standard Japanese people say ・・・という/・・・といいます.

For example,
(a) 私達は、ふつう、cell phone のことをケータイという/いいます。
(b) Personal computerのことは、略して、パソコンという/いいます。

OK. Try it again when you can express more in Japanese.

I just want to mean "the ability to see enjoyment". Do u know how to express this , or did i conveyed the msg by saying 笑えるという精神 ?

We sometimes say like
苦しい中でも笑える
苦しいことを笑いながら乗り越える
苦しいことを笑い飛ばす

Aは、Bをしか・・・ない/ません sounds awkward.

Instead, we use the pattern
Aは、Bしか・・・ない/ません.
For example,
(c) 私は歌舞伎(かぶき)は一度しか見たことがない B
= I've seen kabuki only once.
(d) トムはサッカーにしか興味(きょうみ)がない。
= Tom is interested in nothing but soccer.
(e) コアラはユーカリの葉しか食べない。
= Koalas feed exclusively on eucalyptus leaves.

If you say その精神は日本の映画しか見ません,
it would mean "the spirit sees nothing but Japanese movies."

Thank you if u could explain it to me..haha...
Have a nice day.

That "haha" sounds insulting. You should avoid using it in this case.
Or do you really want to insult me?

Hirashin

ヒラシン!君って優しい人じゃん!いつも日本語を教えるだ。広島県へ勉強しに行きます=)。すみませんね。。。僕の日本語はちょっと失礼と。。。無骨。 もしわけございませんって。。もっとてねいでしょう?ちょっと聞きたいことがあるんですが、お失礼だが、何で君がこんなサイトで日本語を教えるの? お答えをまってますよ =)。

ou've finnally found this thread again. (^_^)

I suppose you have learned Japanese from anime. A lot of expressions used in anime are rude, aggressive or insulting. I advise you should not use the expressions you've picked up in anime.

OK. I'll correct your Japanese again.

> ヒラシン!君って優しい人じゃん!いつも日本語を教え るだ。

"教えるだ" sounds as if you are a countryman. 教えているんですね would be polite enough and better.

> 広島県へ勉強しに行きます=)。すみませんね。 。。僕の日本語はちょっと失礼と。。。無骨。

If you think you're rude, you should avoid being rude. We would not use the word 無骨 there.

> もしわけございませんって。。もっとてねいでしょう ?

I don't understand what you're trying to say.

> ちょっ と聞きたいことがあるんですが、お失礼だが、何で君が こんなサイトで日本語を教えるの? お答えをまってま すよ =)。

We don't say お失礼だが. Say 失礼ですが or 失礼かも知れませんが instead.

Using 君 referring to a person older than yourself would be very rude. Use the person's name adding the suffix "san", like, hirashin san.

こんなサイト sounds like you're insulting the site. Do you really mean it?

I have websites to teach Japanese on Live Journal. If you're interested, take a look.
Hirashin and Tenshi's Japanese Lessons (For beginners)
Hirashin's Japanese Lesson's Journal (For intermediate and advanced learners)

The answer to your question is because I like to teach and I want to help a lot of people.

What are you going to study in Hiroshima? Japanese?
