Yūho's Namazake, fresh and unpasteurized sake, exhibits a characteristically fruity aroma, with pronounced notes of green apple, muscat grapes, pear, and melon, complemented by a subtle lactic tang. The palate is smooth and velvety, with a slightly viscous texture and a full-bodied, rich, and earthy character. Despite being "kazui," meaning it has been diluted with water to lower its alcohol content, this sake doesn't feel or taste watered down at all. I'd be more than curious to taste it undiluted (genshu)!
