Shibori Hanahato Junmai Daiginjō is an unfiltered, unprocessed sake Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo, the seventh in the "Shibori Hanahato" series of just 120 bottles. It has a sweet nose with notes of chocolate, dried apricots, and alcohol. A mild and gentle approach, a creamy texture, well-rounded and full-mouthed is followed by a crisp, sweet mouthfeel with slight acidity and bitterness, a lingering finish, and a refreshing sour tingle—this is a top-tier sake and a superb representative of the finest Hiroshima brewing.
