Pours clear. The nose has notes of ripe fruit alongside light lactic notes typical of a namazake—gentle yet lively entry, with a slight natural effervescence. Medium-bodied with a silky texture, the palate remains balanced, combining restrained sweetness, soft umami, and clean acidity. The finish is long and clean, ending with a faintly tart edge. Overall, the impression is juicy and refreshing. By the second day, some of the initial carbonation had faded, though the flavour remained well preserved.
