This is the unpasteurised version of Misuzu's regular SUN-ROKU, which we covered a few days ago. It features the sweet, fruity aroma characteristic of namazake and opens with a gentle, smooth entry. Delicate in sweetness and light to medium in body, it offers a beautifully balanced mouthfeel with just a touch of acidity and subtle bitterness. The aftertaste is soft, airy, and understated. Its refreshing, cool aroma and clear, clean flavour maintain the same concept as the rest of the SUN-ROKU line: accessible, lower in alcohol, and especially welcoming to those new to sake. That said, it's more than just beginner-friendly—it's an elegant, light namazake that pairs wonderfully with food.
