A pronounced fruity nose with notes of white peach, apricot and melon. The entry is rich and steady, with a full body and a creamy texture. It opens with a fruity, slightly viscous sweetness, followed by light bitterness and a touch of acidity. The profile leans slightly dry, with clear umami.

The finish is clean and crisp. The typical tanginess of Omachi is largely restrained, giving way to a softer, almost gently effervescent sweetness and a fresh, melon-like impression. After swallowing, a mild bitterness appears, and a light sweetness lingers, bringing the palate to a quiet close.
