Fruity and sweet nose with hints of rice and koji. Relatively rich and pronounced in the attack, it has a creamy texture and a solid body (medium+). The mouthfeel has a good balance of acidity and sweetness, pronounced umami, and is quite dry—a long, spicy finish with sweet undertones and aromata of rice and cereals. With 17% alcohol, it has quite a punch. One of our most favoured Kita-Akita sake!
