Clear, lime-yellowish appearance with a slightly high viscosity. Intense nose of dried fruits (figs and apricots) and narazuke. The first impression is a little tart and harsh around the edges, but it is surprisingly smooth and easy to drink. Earthy, woody and slightly damp. Medium intense aroma present, soft, creamy at higher temperatures and refreshingly dry.
