This is our second time enjoying Mukade Daiginjō. It opens with a rich aroma of stewed apple and pear compote. We have since revised our classification to "full-bodied", accompanied by a smooth, creamy texture. The palate is creamy and expressive, with pronounced notes of ripe apple balanced by lively acidity and a slight bitterness. Together with its marked umami, the overall balance is remarkably refined. The finish is short and clean — robust and powerful, yet still elegant.
