No, as I said, you have mixed katakana and hiragana. The kanji for that is 無理. Very different, don't you think?

A kanji 厶 indeed exists, but it's almost never used. If it's really used there, the writer intentionally use it instead of katakana ム as a kind of word play / slang, similar to a net slang ネ申[ねもうす] which is used to represent 神.

Just kidding, I think someone is either toying with you, or the person who wrote it just put the first part as katakana for emphasis.
無理！ むり！ ムリ！ → ムり！

The kanji is chosen just because the shape resembles katakana ム. It has nothing to do with the reading or meaning of the kanji. This is a word play mostly used in the net, similar to leet speak in English.

Another suggestion - this is the sort of mistake OCR (optical character recognition) makes. If you try to do a search inside places like Google Books, or anywhere there's digitisation from printed text (older works where the original isn't digital, dodgy ebooks, etc), you'll see a lot of these kind of mistakes. It could just mean whatever you are reading wasn't proofread after OCR, or that it was missed because the person checking just skimmed it and presumed it was ム because 厶 would make no sense.

Ah, yeah, OCR also can be a cause of the mistake.
