Would this scroll illustrate a story, myth, legend or fairy tale about the tennyo, the tengu and the fisherman?

I don't know anything about this tale, but when I do a reverse search on the terms 天女 (tennyo) and 天狗 (tengu), one of the first hits I get is this very picture.

Another problem is that the seller of the scroll misread the title. The correct one is 天女天狗対局図, not 対面図, but there is no hit of the correct title on google most likely due to their misreading. (And this means that the picture wouldn't be so famous...)
