Hi,
Just want to check something before I write up my letter to my penpal.

Is this sentence corect for 'what is your favourite movie?'
Tanaka-san no suki eiga wa nan desu ka.

If not, please help.

....ichiban sukina eiga.... is good, I think.

It would be written 「田中さんの一番好きな映画は何ですか？」.

Arigatou Gozaimasu!

Another question:
Is it ok to use どうもありがとう as thanks when somebody gives you information. Doumo is for taking something with thanks (i think), so me taking your knowledge, is that the same, or does the doumo rule only apply to physical objects.
