what is んち ?
this the full sentence : この岩があんたんちのご神体か
and what is もうて ?
this is the full sentence : 下の地面が陥没してもうて

what is the meaning のうち ?
is it 'inside of' or difference meaning.

That's Kansai dialect, equivalent to 陥没してしまって in Standard Japanese.

I just wonder if んち is exclusively mean の家 ? or can it also mean の内 ?

のうち is contracted to んち only when うち means home/house.
