It consists of two words(?), ww and ktkr.
ww (could be w or www too): giggle or laughter
ktkr: stands for キタコレ (ki ta ko re) which is a variant of キター! (kitaaa!)
Both are interjection used when something actually comes/appear that one has been anticipated.

To add to undrentide's post, this emoticon is the shape of a person on his/her knees, hands on ground, and head bent down.

Same for OTL.
