Question Vocabulary app recommendations?

Konnichiwa!
i started learning mainly through Human Japanese (it's an amazing app btw), and i learn quite a lot of vocabulary there.
i could use an app for practicing that vocabulary, so an app in which i can add my own words to a list or something like that, preferably with voice also.

oh oh also if you can recommend a japanese TV series that i could watch and listen to in order to try and pick up some input and improve my listening, that would be great as well!
