if you are getting subscription e-mails that you don't want, go turn off thread subscriptions under "my settings." if you mean you wish to be removed from the forum, send a message to an Admin or Moderator and they might oblige you.

Yes, that's why I was wondering what kind of subscriptions could possibly be ruining her e-mail account. Perhaps a glitch automatically subscribed her to all threads?
