Headed to Washington D.C. Sunday the 11th and don't want to lug my laptop; so no Forum for the week. I should be back on the 18th. If I'm REAL lucky, I may get to meet with Arrowyn and Kirei na me while down there. I'll be on & off today between packing and cleaning. You kids be good while I'm gone, play nice! The wife will be with me, but I don't think I can sneak the 2 cats through security. Mother-in-law will hold the fort and babysit.

It sounds like a nice break from the naggingly addictive desk for a healthy week there, Frank. I hope you relax, not carry too much luggage, go easy on the back, Kirei, and Arrowyn ! As for playing nice, I am sure everyone, aware the extra cushioning coming from you won't be coming for a week, will behave accordingly not to make you feel guilty to come back and find the forum in ashes !
Will your mother-in-law also babysit the forum in your stead ? j/k Please have a safe trip !

I've never been to D.C. myself, but I hear that it's a dangerous place. My 250 pound mexican-american roommmate was mugged when he went there a few years ago.

Home Safe !!

Good trip, but SOOOO expensive. Temps were in the high 80's and very humid; froze when we got back to Maine's 20 degree cooler temps. Glad to be back to my PC and the Forum.
