Can someone recommend a book which shows how to trace the route of the old Tokaido in the present day?

I think this is the book I need:
Rediscovering the Old Tokaido : in the Footsteps of Hiroshige / Patrick Carey. Brill, 2000.
It is not cheap but looks like an excellent read

Thanks for sharing this excellent find, Ned! Ordered it right away from Brill.

On a side-note: shopping around really pays off. Amazon US and Japan offer the book (new) for 942.00 USD or 57,000 JPY, Ebay offers (used) aren't much cheaper. The Dutch editor ships it for 60.00 Euro.
