For those of you who are not familiar with ナ津ν?ウツ催??吮??/ koin-monaka, (and why should you? lol) it is Monaka sold by this store in the city of Ashikaga called
ツ債≫?ー_窶慊ー窶怒窶弭 (kou-un-doo-honten). The site says they've been in business for over 100 years! Wow. Monaka is basically some sweet redbean paste (anko) inside wafer shells.
The name "ko-in" comes from the shapes of these wafers. They are shaped like old/traditional (ナ津? seals/stamps ( ヒ?ウ ).
Many tourists take these home as a souvenir when they visit Ashikaga.ツ
