I know how to do the "nan de darou" in Kansai-ben, Yamagata-ben, Chinese, English(and Russian... uhm - only I forgot about what they actually sung). XD XD
Is there anyone who knows of further lines of "nan de darou" in other Japanese dialects (like Mikawa-ben for example? Afaik, they often did their life-shows with the 'nan de darou' in local dialect).
In German, I think the best translation would be: "Warum denn nur? Warum denn nur? Warum denn, warum denn nur?" XD
