Okay, I hope I got this in the right section... Oh well...
Okay, what I wanted to know if any members on these forums have "TeamSpeak" It's a program that allows people playing online to talk to each other when the game does not support such a funtion. I was thinking that it might be an interesting idea to have JREF members talk to each other on TeamSpeak(TS) so they can beter understand where members are from. Yes a Chat room is a REALLY cool thing to have and we care greatful for it (really!) Depending upon how many people might be interested, I may have to do some talking to get a server that a lot of people can talk on at any one time.

Any ideas or critism (short of "this is dumb, go take a flying leap...") will be accepted!

definatly not worth it,My best friend for our clan we hav a TS server and all for COD,but all that happens on teamspeak is yelling and using admin rights unfairly

Maybe it's just the servers? I've talked on 2 (at least) and not had that problem.

that probably happened because COD is a war game! =P lool kdg ^^

aren't TS servers paid?

i think it's a really great idea but they'd have to keep a close eye on what is said and what not that's the only thing i think i'd have a problem with

It depends... If you can find somebody really geerous, they will put it on their personal server for free... IF we can find such a person...

A server can be as simple as your computer running the server client program. So long it is powerful enough to handle a lot of people. But since not many people visit the chat. I doubt a powerful computer will be needed. Maybe something that can handle at least 20 people. I already have one running on my server for my flight-sim squadron.
