Services Student (preferably) in Tokyo for market research

Hi. I am not based in Japan and currently cannot access Japan due to COVID restrictions.

I would like someone to visit 3 Tokyo-based offline cosmetics distributors and inquire for me a price list of their goods.

These distributors do not have a website so it makes it difficult to access them when someone is not physically present in Tokyo.
