Wanted Starting a .jp site

I'm going to sell my products (small scale) in japan, and I'm going to start a .jp site with all content in japanese. I do understand some japanese, but my japanese isn't good enough to answer emails properly! I need someone who can read/write japanese perfectly to help me with answering emails(and has the time to do this on time), & do some translation of web contents (only a page or so of text).

You'll of course be paid! I'm on a limited budget though,
