Appart from the website I can not verify registration

According to their website, South Pass Partners is a wealth management company founded and headquartered in Japan. They are in partnership with Shinbayashi Securities Co., Ltd., which is registered with the Hokuriku Local Finance Bureau (FIBO) under the number JCN 92300010012221.

They claim to offer a range of financial services, such as investment advice, asset management, private offshore wealth management, initial public offering, protecting wealth and portfolio structuring. They have offices in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

However, I could not find any independent reviews or ratings for this company online. The only social media presence they have is a Facebook page with no followers or posts. Their website domain was registered on November 8th 2021 and expires on November 8th 2022. Their phone number +81 50 5479-6037 is a VoIP number that can be used by anyone with an internet connection.

These are some possible signs of a scam or a fraudulent company. I would advise you to be very careful before doing any business with them.

The registration number refers to Shinbayashi Securities as mentioned above. You could try contacting this company which seems to be a real company to see if they really have a relationship with South Pass.

There's a phone number listed here but I can't find a web page for them which is odd.
