Software eng.

Hey guys!.
I would like to study in japan in a few years. atm i'm still in school~
I have a girlfriend from japan that i met online and i really want to meet her and live with her asap.
so I thought to myself to study in japan instead of my country so i'll be closer to her~
So my questions are:
I want to study software eng. but idk what college or uni teaching that. can u please list me some [I prefer good ones but any will do!]
what are the conditions to get into the college or uni? in terms of grades or do i need to do some tests or something like that?
in the colleges or uni, do they teach in japanese? my japanese isn't that great and im still learning that, i guess i will know it better till i get there but...do they?
do i need to do a japanese test to get into japan or the college\uni? like JLPT?
i had more questions but i forgot T_T i will edit when i remember!

Do a Google search. I will bet that you're going to need to pass a fairly high level of Japanese language tests for most universities. The high school and tech schools here show a pretty pitiful motivation and success towards learning English, if that's any indication. So, whether it's the entrance exam (most seem to have their own, testing you in core subjects as well as in the language), or all of your courses being taught in Japanese, bear that in mind.

Examples:
Center for International Exchange, Saitama University
Computer Science and Engineering | Kyoto Sangyo University | JPSS for international students
Computer Science | Tokyo University of Technology | JPSS for international students


You'll need to prove you can pay all tuition, too, in order to get the student visa.

My biggest concern is that you've apparently decided to spend your entire life here based on some Internet moments with a J girl. Pretty scary conclusion to draw.
