I think SKIN would be having their official site soon as this is Yoshiki's huge project. I mean...he's quite tech-savy, so a site should be up ASAP. hahas.

By the way, I'm not trying to be a wet blanket but I don't know how long this superband will last. This is because the individual members all have different pathways in their music careers. Moreover, their indv styles are so different. Coupled with the differences in their age, the prospect of them staying long tgt just does'nt seem bright. Well, maybe they could prove me wrong. Only time can tell.
 
Well I think the fact that they all have their own careers strengthens them, but I can see where you're coming from.

Well, SKIN is like a side-project. I don't know about Japan but it isn't unusual for members of bands from other countries to be in several bands at the same time. Especially European bands. Frequently, singers of bands have their own, successful solo careers, too.
I don't think the band will be their main focus, though.
 
NDK... try Gackt Ares for female sounding male vocals! His vocal range scares me sometimes!

FrostPixie: I know what you mean about Eurpoean bands... especialy Scandenavia for some reason... there are so many side project bands that I really want to hear more of... but their members are too buys with bigger bands!
 
FrostPixie: Yeah, I mean They all are quite big right now with their own careers.... I don't think they will give it up so they would be in a fulltime band... And to think that the 4 of them have quite different genres...
 
Maybe their new music would transcend all their different genres...therefore a breakthrough! It might hit the Oricon charts and break some records. I'm waiting...they're a superband afterall, hence higher expectations. hehe
 
Has any one read Yoshiki's latest blog on myspace?

He mentions something about Japan Expo Paris... if that rumor turns out to be true then I am road trippin in there! He says he will write something sepairately about that and the SKIN performance at Anime Expo.

Finally a proper update from Yoshiki. hehes. I think he's really busy, with VUK, SKIN and writing some songs for the movie. HAHA. RICE MONSTER. tt's a funny one.

lol yeah I have heard that, that one and Illness Illusion where he starts out so high pitched and eventually works down to his normal singing voice are both crazy, you always hear people say Toshi from X had an insane pitch range but I don't think he touches Gackt.
 
Gackt wins... my friend has found a new way of annoying me since hearin that song... by tellin me Gackt is a castrato!! Which I refuse to believe!!

I'm pretty sure that the bassist is only temporary. It seems like he was a bassist-for-hire at AX, lol, because I heard that he played for Anna Tsuchiya, too.
 
yeah Ju-Ken was only a temporary solution since S.K.I.N. was performing and Ju-Ken was already there to play with Anna Tsuchiya. I'm honestly starting to think they wont get a full time bassist
