Siva

I finished listening to the single!! It's different, but I love it!! :3 Fiction took some getting used to, it sounded a little like Oz's Color.. xD Concealment is fun to listen to, and The Back Bottom is funky! I think my favourite song is Concealment, but I love all the songs in general..

And like what Ndk said, Cell's bass-playing skills are DIVINE! It just melds into the song perfectly. I don't know, in most songs from other bands the bass just doesn't stand out and you completely forgot about it's existence, but in Siva's songs, the bass is like, just THERE!! He definitely steals the limelight..

Brave is normal pv-wise, but to see them in action beats anything..x3 I think int this pv I notice Yuuichi more, and yeah, I love Iori's hair and everything! He just completely rocks my socks.. Lol plus Kairi and his middle-finger fetish is still going strong!

I really want more photoshoots and pictures of them..
 
Ahhhh Raiku chan just said what i wanted to say xDD Yes. I love how Cell's bass stands out strong against the 2 guitars. Usually if u have a band with 2 guitarists, the bass seems to be non-existence but Siva is completely different!<33

Alright, the brave pv is really awesome! Kairi looks great! And I love Iori's solo<33

And the singles is just love <3 I like Concealment a lot too.

I didn like Yuuichi that much from the start but i'm beginning to like him more xDD He's cool!

because soon Siva will never be the same...it pains me to bring this news to you guys...

Iori is leaving the band. T_T

It seems like March 23rd will be his last live and the reason for leaving is "personal reasons"

I'm seriously on the verge of tears here...I just busted my hand against the wall too...I'm pissed and depressed at the same time

right now I'm listening to all my favorite siva songs over and over again and I'm getting more and more depressed....

WHY!!??

This is why I dont get into ******* indie bands, they always break your heart no matter how ******* brilliant they are...

WHY IORI ******* WHY!!!????

WHATTTT?!?!? Nooo! Not Iori!! He's such a nice guy and all and he's brilliant! How could he?! Are they going to continue?! It totally breaks my heart ;___; *runs off to ucp hp* I feel like banging my head against the wall too >.< And isn't the next day 24th Yuuichi's birthday? >.< Iori is turning 30 this year isn't it?

Why does it have to be Iori of Siva! Iori the badass guitarist! Iori the first-ever-jrocker-to-reply-me guy! And I know this'll sound stupid, but I don't know if I'll ever look at Siva the same way again without him..

I'm also listening to all my favourite Siva songs now.. and the tears are already flowing..D:

I think I'm gonna email him... Well, not to bash him like some people would do, that's just selfish... but just maybe to thank him for everything he has brought to us Siva fans..T.T Even looking at his emails are unbearable.. T.T

I did send him an email too... And I know that some fans would bash him for leaving so it's just a short mail thanking him for the wonderful music he's brought us... T_T

It really does just break my heart to think about the whole thing...part of me hopes they dont add a new guitarist, that they just stick with the four of them so it's as close as the Siva we all know and love as possible...

I dont think I want some strange new guy doing Iori's guitar parts...

I emailed Iori a couple days ago, no reply, but that doesn't suprise me. I didn't bash him, I told him I hope that he's doing okay, but I did make it known how sad I am that he's leaving. I also emailed Cell just to show him that we still support Siva and hope that they will continue making music.

I'm seriously so depressed about this though...he could at least give us a real reason, I'm sick of the "personal reasons" bs excuse, we the fans of Siva deserve a real reason as to why he is deserting us and the band....
 
Me too... I did calm down a bit but I still can't face the truth.

I don't want some new guitarist replacing Iori... But I didn want them to break up either. It's just so wrong without Iori. And most of the great songs are done by Iori... He's also a real great guitarist! His solos are really awesome...

I also didn get any repy from him, but that's alright. I think he himself needs time to think and stuff...

But yes, I too, am tired of all these personal reasons. There are just so many people leaving bands these 2 years and all of their reasons? "Personal reasons". What could be so big deal to leave the band and the fans? What could be so big to have them desert the music they've love so much?...
 
I'd like new guitarist, as long as the Siva-ness is still there.

He replied me too.. and his message is a little cryptic.. it is the hardest to understand out of all his other messages.. O.O But I think he means to thank us for our support...

Some fans would bash Iori, but I believe Siva fans are more civilised than fans of a certain oshare band.. (Hint: Bou xD)

On the "personal reasons" thing, I think it would do us no good if we continue speculating about it.. Even though I am curious.. but I think that Iori could have at least announced it months beforehand, and not so suddenly.. (even though he said in the Siva blog that they couldn't find the right time to announce it, what with their new single releasing and all that..) But still, he has to consider the fans.. Despite all that, as I'm too much of a suc ker for Iori, I will forgive him..

Revenge : I agree with Revenge, if Siva want another new guitarist, I'm all for it. We've just got to accept that bands change and band members leaving when they're in the midst of getting more noticed, like Karuto and now Iori, are just part of that change, no matter how heart-breaking it is.

But I will miss Iori.. I really will.. I'm like a parasite fish with a big suc ker attached to a great white shark.. O.O Weird description, I know. BLAME BIOLOGY! 8D

Yea i guess so... But hey!! He did say he'll come back to stage again someday! Let's look forward to that day xDDD

Oooh yes, about that uber long blog post, I emailed my sensei to ask him to translate... I don't know if he will do it but if he does I'll post the translation here ^^ And also, Iori will be revealing the "personal reasons" only after the 23rd.
 
I was so worried that he wouldn't use his Siva email because he's leaving, good thing he checked his inbox! :]

Ndk : That goodbye thingy is nice! I didn't reply him again though, I couldn't think of anything else that I wanted to say to him, even if I did it would probably be very cheesy and corny.. =.=

So that's what he meant about the "guitar" and all that.. he's planning on returning to the music scene after he's done! x3 I will definitely support him no matter what, so rest assured Iori!

personally I'm hoping that they are releasing their first ever live concert dvd, I would cherish a live concert dvd with siva including Iori. Now that he's gone there probably wont ever be another chance for that T_T Whatever the news may be I hope it makes me very happy
 
^ First ever live concert DVD would be great! Seeing Cell, Iori and the others in action would definitely be amazing.. they're so talented!
 
Yea NDK, you're right. We will never get to see Iori on stage as part of Siva again so a dvd would definitely be a memorable release... not to say rare... Im totally curious about the announcement~
 
Hey!! Haf anyone heard COPY? They actually re-make Riot x) Though it's only a compilation, I still like it because I can listen to all my fave at one go~
 
Not yet though.. I've been wanting to listen to it but it's got a whole lot of MBs.. xD I'll try to listen to it after I've cleared up my disk space, I like the cover though, pretty simple and artsy..
