OKAY, in light of recent events I have decided to make this thread and it's a safe haven for Hyde Fanatics. *builds a shrine to Hyde*bows down to shrine*
So this is a place to talk about Hyde, post pics of Hyde, drool over Hyde and just about anything else to do with Hyde that does NOT include flaming, bashing etc. This is a safe haven so bashing is not allowed.

I've been feeling odd lately so the first pic I'm going to post is this one

When I can't think of words I let pics like that do all my talking for me.

Hm, I didn't catch any bashing of Hyde. Where did you see it (not that I'll bother to look- seeing people bash others is always depressing)? Well, there's nothing to really bash him about. Great voice, makes nice "epic" songs like Ophelia and Anemone, love his personality during his media appearances...

What's interesting about him is he's got such a strong voice for such a little body :sorry:

I KNOW!!! How does that voice fit in that body???

And no one's really bashed him YET I just said that incase any one did. Also because people on here like to say he looks like a junkie.

Have you noticed a lot of Kei/Hyde's near death scenes in Moon Child can be taken another way? Like THAT one and then the one near the beginning when his skin starts to burn due to the sun... I'M A GOOD GIRL I SWEAR!!!

Hyde/Kei so made Moon Child for me. That teeny-tiny little guy playing the bad *** vampire(though he's pretty emo half the movie ) is just so great. It makes the character so unique.

Hyde's so great in Moon Child. He brings so many different angles and levels to the character; depth, a strange innocence as well as badass-ish-ness. He is an amazing actor. He makes me jealous.

I just watched Moon Child such an awesome movie. The fact that it stars two hot J-Rockers notwithstanding it's still awesome, even if they weren't J-Rockers it'd still be a wonderful movie.

Some VERY fun facts about Hyde:
Hyde has his belly button pierced! He had it done around 96/97
Hyde has angel wing tattoos. He got them around 2000...I think, don't quote me on that.
Before he was in L'Arc~en~Ciel he was the guitarist for the band Kiddies Bomb (which changed it's name to Jeruselem's Rod shortly before he left it)
His mother would make him wear a red backpack to school when he was a child. (Red backpacks are/were typical for girls)
Hyde has several copies of his (custom made) pentacle ring in different colors and has been known to lose one every once in awhile. The original ring design is a copy of one of Marilyn Manson's rings.
He has a huge appetite and eats a lot even though he's so tiny (must have a high metabolism)
On the most common picture of his wing tattoos (The one that has the Japanese written on it) the words were written by the tattoo artist and they say: "Hyde tattooed a pair of wings on his back, even though Hyde said 'I prefer the devil.' Still, he chose the angel in the end. After many observations, I realized that angel's wings are really more suitable for Hyde. During the photo shoot, as I saw the wings on Hyde's pale, never-been-tanned skin, I felt a fleeting yet imprinted feeling of satisfaction; From now on, using that pair of wings, Hyde can fly freely." Awwwww! That's so sweet.
One time, while on set of Moon Child, Hyde was waiting for Gackt to finish his filming for the day and started riding around on his motorbike, making a lot of noise and showing off to try and get Gackt's attention.
Hyde loves to draw but, because he is color blind, he mostly sketches in black and white.
Hyde designs some of his own clothing (shirts and such) as well as some of the Hydeist stuff you can buy on his site.
Tetsu has nick-named him Doi Hachiro, which I've roughly translated to mean "major troublemaker" as he is often very mischievious. And I think that the Doiha part of it is Haido backwards (when written using katakana) but currect me if I'm wrong.
Hyde's a big fan of Harry Potter.
Another Moon Child story: one time, Hyde was napping in his chair on set and when he woke up, Gackt was very, very close to his face and said something about wanting to kiss him. And as far as I know, to this day neither Rocker will say what Hyde's answer was, teeheehee ^-^
Gackt has said many times that he's in love with Hyde. Awww!
Hyde was in the audience at one of Gackt's performances in 2004 (I think it was the one on his birthday) and blew Gackt a kiss. *squeals*
Hyde appears to have an oral fixation. Example: he's always flicking his tongue or doing other strange and equally sexy things with it.
His album Roentgen was recorded in England.
He also recorded two versions of Roentgen; the Japanese version that features a mix of English and Japanese lyrics as well as an overseas version done completely in English, which has now been re-released in Japan with an additional 3 tracks
Hyde hates hot and sticky weather.

The red shirt from MC actually says "Safe sex for ever". The other shirt, seen in the photoshoots -- the one he gets shot multiple times in -- looks like a bunch of CSS code, though I haven't looked at the photobook in a while.
