While I love online resources, there's something about the ease and portability of a book (however many pages it may be) that I love even more. Bearing this in mind, can you recommend any good *thorough* reference works for grammar exclusively?
Does this one have also the familiar grammar used in everyday conversation?
What I mean is for exemple:
-nakereba naranai -> -kya
-te shimaimashita -> -chatta
etc...
I'm pretty sure it covers all of that. I remember learning about てしまう→ちまう/でしまう→じまう from that book, when all I had heard up until that point about contractions of てしまう were ちゃう.
