Recommended Japan Travel Agency in America to assit Japan tourist visa application

I am a Filipino, but also a permanent resident here in the US.

I do not have a tourist visa for japan yet, but I need a reservation or an itinerary to present to the Japanese Embassy for the approval of my tourist visa. In fact, i need a package tour reservation or itinerary before i can even start applying. I need to specify the airline, the hotel and the date of arrival in my visa application form - so I need the help of a travel agency to give me those details.

Unfortunately, i asked one Travel agency here in San Francisco California but the one who answered my questions is a Japanese person, and there is language barrier that I can't handle haha we simply could not understand each other and I couldn't negotiate very well.

So if anyone knows another travel agency who speaks fluent english or has american employees, please share some info! I need someone to guide me from a travel agency for my visa application and who can meet my preferences on my desired days to travel.

I also asked help from the japan embassy and it was still the same thing language barrier. Or more like accent barrier. Since applying for a visa is really critical i really need someone who is all ears to guide me.
