PSP Login Help

I was just wondering if someone could help me sign up for the PSP P-TV site. I got a white PSP from Japan so when I updated the firmware to 2.80 it installed it but I believe its only released in Japan so the site is completely in Japanese. If someone could go here https://www.sec.so-net.ne.jp/cc/passwd/ and register for me it would probably only take about two minutes of someone's time and would be much appriciated.

本会員のお名前 カタカナで means type name here, use katakana?
姓 means Surname
名 means Name

本会員の生年月日 means Member's date of birth
明治 is Meiji
大正 is Taisho
昭和 is Showa
平成 is Heisei
type year, month, day in the appropriate fields

本会員の電話番号 means Member's telephone number
パスワード通知を希望するユーザID means for User identification password notification
like the taro@aa2,taro@x22 examples.

is op trying to be slick... is this for watching videos on so-net network?
i heard 2.71 can do it
