pronunciation of "tri head"

I'm new to japanese. I know there are many ways to pronounce kanji. therefore I'd like to ask for help with writing and pronouncing the expression "Three heads" in japanese.
should it be like that 三頭？and if yes, how do you pronounce it? is it "Santou" or maybe "san-atama"?
