I'm not sure where exactly to put this but here goes.

I would like to ask you guys (and gals XD) for some info on how Play-Asia operates and what do I need to know and do to guarantee the best possible experience to purchase things from it, especially based on your own experiences.

I'll be very grateful for any useful information.

Personally I used it once: I paid and they shipped.
That's how it worked.

Other than that, their price are honnest when you go for discounted items. Otherwise, many items are about 20% more expensive than you can find here.

If you're lucky you can find the same item 50% cheaper on Ebay also.

That's what I was thinking when I was looking at Advent Children Complete. But, I guess they deserve their profit.
