I'm just starting to get into these! I had 4 of their songs already, and I thought they were good but I hadn't investigated further... well, someone sent me more of their songs, which i'm listnin my way through and they are pretty cool... so far I like Actuate Eden and Cruel Crucible :music: (and Kami no uta was one of the songs I had before, that keeps getting into my head XDXD)

I think Mago is a nickname for them, doesn't it mean 'grandchild'? :? I think it is reference to them as the 'grandchild' of... some famous band/artist (maybe Kisaki...?... but I can't remember :sorry: )
 
Yes, Mago means grandchild and yes the Japanese fans use it as a nickname for phantasMAGOria.

I'm not sure if it's necessarily a reference to Kisaki in some far off sense or if it's just the fact that Japanese fans seem to shorten every band name to something or another, lol. Like Dir (= Dir en grey obviously) ﾆ断ﾆ達ﾆ湛ﾆ恥 (Dispa= D'espairsRay)ﾂ ﾆ湛ﾆ辰ﾆ但ﾆ椎? (SuiAri = Suicide Ali), I've actually seem some really odd abbreviations that seem harder to pronounce than just saying the actual band name, lol!

Hey do you know what the "Geneigraphy" I think their called photobooks have in them??
..I might get one but yea not sure what pics they have ~_~ can't seem to find any info on them I only know their 60 pages..
