Oldman helper

Hello, everyone.
I am new here and I do not know any places to ask better than this forum.
Here, I heard from my friend, that in Japan need oldman helper at home.
He said that this program is from government.
I am interested, he said he does not know any info about that.
So, I start to figure out.
Could anyone here help me?
whether the info correct or not.
and may I register to join it?

According to the Japanese news sourse, it is a special programme based on EPA (Economic Partnership Agreement) between Indonesian governmemt and Japanese government. It seems that the recruitement is carried out by NBPPIW (I cannot find out what it stands for but it should be something like "Overseas worker dispatching and protection agency" of Indonesia, I assume it should be a governmental organization in Indonesia).
On Japanese side it is JICWELS (Japan International Corporation of Welfare Services) but their website is only in Japanese language.

Their website offers the information on the accepting side only, anyway, so it would not help much.

If you wish to know the details of this programme, I think the best way is to contact NBPPIW.

the next weird thing is, no one knows NBPPIW stands for here.
I have tried google, but again the result is in japanese kanji.
But, you right this is like an economic agreement between Indonesia Government with Japanese Government.

Why don't you contact Embassy of Japan in Indonesia /Consulate General of Japan in Jakarta?

Since the programme is based on the agreement between the two governments, they should be able to tell you whom you should contact for the details of the programme.

If you intend to work here as a helper you will need qualifications. First you will have to study the language and then pass an exam for "kaigofukushishi" ﾂ"窶ｰﾃｮﾅ津ｬ窶｢ﾅｸﾅｽﾆ椎ｽmﾂ" . Foriegn workers are not counted as a qualified worker if they do not have these credentials and therefore it will make getting a job very difficult.

Because if you got the information right away you could have been approved, trained, hired, and working by Monday....right?
