Ohayou gozaimasu :)

I'm retarded when it comes to writing japanese words in english so I had to google that.
Anyhows, I'm living in the UK at the moment where I have spent most of my life although I'm Nepalese by nationality (although my own countrymen seem to think I'm chinese)(erm...no offence). I can speak English and Nepalese fluently, as well as some random japanese phrases which are mostly related to popular culture.
My interest in Japan was sparked like so many teens by manga and anime. Thankfully I've gotten past the wapanese phase rather quickly and take interest in other things about Japan such as culture and politics.
In the end really, I would really like to live in Japan in the near future. I know it won't be as idealistic as I might imagine, but I like the fact that Japan has managed to become a modern 'westernized' state and yet keep so much of its culture. Also I have plenty of relatives living there some who are japanese/half-japanese and I'd like to be able to meet them on familiar ground and understand them and be uderstood. Also, I would like to be able to become a manga-ka.Yeah Iknow, silly ambition, but I still sweat blood to be able to reach it.

Sorry to disappoint but I'm still only in the position of improving my artwork and panelling techniques before I try to take on creating anything I don't think I'll be fully ready to attempt pro level for a few more years. Thanks for your interest though

I am a teacher. I run a small school in my house and teach Kanji characters, English, maths, science, history and so on to my students aged 8 to 18.

As far as I know, you are the only person who can speak English and Nepalese fluently. Were you born in Nepal or the UK? Are you a college student?

What kind of manga and anime do you like?

I was born in Hong Kong actually, yeah I get around. My nepalese was lacking until a year or two ago when I thought 'man, I really ought to learn my native tongue' and brought myself to fluency'. Though my english is still far better than my nepalese. I'm studying in sixth form at the moment, which isn't at college level over there I think as the systems are slightly different(yours are more american). It would be senior year (?) or whichever grade/year 17 year olds are at. And I enjoy all sorts of manga, mainly shonen and seinin.
