Hi, my name's Dheej and I'm coming to Japan in Sept to work in a NOVA school. Thing is I've been hearing some pretty bad things about them (not sure whether to believe any of it) so would like info from anyone who knows anything about NOVA or on any independent schools in Japan that may be looking to recruit.
