Hello Guys
I am looking to connect with Noriaki Shigemitsu and Akiyo Shigemitsu ( both are related to each other). They have lost/abandoned properties and we are trying to reunite them with those properties. They have been not contactable since 2015. Additonal information:
they have previously lived in US for quiet sometime.
Their last known address in Japan was a hotel address:

1-9 MIHAMA
URAYASU CHIBA PREF 2790011 00000
Not sure what 4 2 stands for.
Any information and assistance in connecting with these two persons is very much appreciated.
