If you're just starting to learn Japanese, how can you tell which sounds more polite? Japanese politeness is largely distinguished by different vocabulary and conjugated endings, less so by tone.

I thought about the pimsleur program, and that one version teaches the words. How are you? And one dont.
Wondered which editions it where. But i cant post material in here. So its hard to ask my question.
