Neither nor~

Hello people!

I didn't know if I ocould fit this in a forum that was already made, so if you canfind somewhere this thread can go, please feel free ot move it.

Anyways, I can across this phrase in my book:

好きでもきらいでもありません
(btw: should there be a comma, or does it not matter? 好きでも、きらいでもありません)

Anyways. This means "I neither like nor dislike it", right?

It said "if you dont like nor dislike something, just use this phrase: ...."

so, im guessing that is what it means.



Anyways, this got me thinking on how i would say "neither nor"

So, I asked my japanese friend, and he helped a little, but he couldnt explain it well ine gnlish, so i thought id bring it here.

from the way i see it, you just put the two things in -te form the put ~mo ~mo arimasen.
but. when i tried putting its in -te form for -i adjectives, my friend said it was wrong, and there shouldnt be the -te

like itried saying

大きくても、小さくてもありません

but he said it should be

大きくも、小さくもありません

So, if that's true, would all the rest of these sentences be correct?

-食べても、飲んでもありません
-大きくも、小さくもありません
-好きでも、きらいでもありません
-雨でも、雪でもありません

should be
食べても飲んでもいません。

-大きくも、小さくもありません
-好きでも、きらいでもありません
-雨でも、雪でもありません

The above are correct but normally written without 、, like

大きくも小さくもありません。
好きでもきらいでもありません。
雨でも雪でもありません。

Another little note - when asking for something, we usually say
よろしくお願いします。
and when it's done, then we say
ありがとうございます。

I some times see the form : Ｘでも何でもありません。

such as in:
好きでも何でもない！
