goatz i know how to do it in ps cs T_T i just dont have it at home.....thats y im waiting untll monday to do it at school

and the magic wand is hard as heck for each strand....i could quick mask it all...but it would be hours upon hours of work....plus i have hw too T_T lol just looking for an easy solution...

anyways...mucc better ****** tour the us.....or else its not technically a "world tour" bastards... x_x

okay.. see if they have this in PS 6.
on the main window (vertically long tool window), underneath the "Set Fore/Background Colour', there are two rectangles, click on the "Edit in Quick Mask Mode" .. use brush tool to select/deselect the part you want, use eraser to define. Once you're done, click on Edit on Standard Mode, then play around with the select/select inverse tool.

I don't know of anyone, well except Mucc/ and some other J-rockers, that really can wear that kind of make-up and not look like a goth than you pjusk (maybe it doesn't really show in this pic, but I mean in real life)
