Monbukagakushu substitute..!!

Hellow everybody,
I've been informed in july that I am a substitute and last week the embassy contacted me and informed me that I've been chosen for Monbukagakushu scholarship .. but .. they didn't give me the recommendation papers to get a letter of acceptance and they told me that they will choose the university for me and get me an acceptance .. anyone have been in this situation before ?
could you please tell me , in which university they will place me ?.. are there any way to know that soon ? .. . when they will tell me ? .. I am really in dire need of information..

I've been both a substitute and a recipient of a MEXT scholarship in the past.

As a substitute, I was not chosen for the scholarship.

As a recipient, I received my letter of acceptance about a month before I had to leave.

but right now , I am not a substitute anymore , they told me that the government has replayed with my name and , I am going to Japan 99%, but they don't have any further information . I am worried that they could put me in low rank university..
if anyone have information about how can I know the university on the net , or have experianced something like that .. please tell me ..
