I'm working on a roleplay character named Ng (WOO) Hualin who was born into a military family from Hong Kong with a Taiwanese mother and a Cantonese father. I know "ﾅｽO窶懌┐ﾅｽmﾅ?ﾂｯ窶卍ｷ" translates into "Sergeant First Class", but what's the Peh-oe-ji for ﾅｽO窶懌┐ﾅｽmﾅ?ﾂｯ窶卍ｷ.

It's san deng shi guan zhang if that's what you meant.
