Menu Screwy?

Is the "New Posts" link screwed up? I normally go to the submenu and list the new posts since my last visit. But for the last few hours it seems to be screwed up. For example, when I put my mouse over the "New Posts" text, I find that it links to:

Clicking it doesn't bring up the submenu. Instead it just jumps me down whatever page I happen to be on.

No problem here (using Firefox).

But some time ago I had this. IIRC the problem only occurred when the page had not yet completed loading.

I cleaned out my internet cache and browser history earlier today. Maybe that was it. Whatever it was, I wish it would go back to normal. This is irritating. I'm also using Firefox, by the way.

Update:

One user profile on Firefox works correctly, while another one (the one I normally use) doesn't work. Do you computer whizkids have any thoughts on this?
