According to your previous post, both (a) and (b) can be used.
(a) I'll be studying in the library (around/at) this time tomorrow.
(d) I'm studying in the library (around/at) this time tomorrow.
Then, I think both (1) and (2) would be used.
(1) This time next week we are traveling abroad.
(2) This time next week we will be traveling abroad.
