I'm just wondering is there any websites, that I can download past exam papers and/or practice questions? thanks for your help

MLC Japanese Language School in Tokyo | Online lessons for English speakers also has some good JLPT stuff, particularly past kanji lists. Scroll all the way to the bottom to find JLPT materials.
