We seek a Part-Time Business Subsidiary Manager who will be responsible for a broad range of activities including client support, coordinate maintenance, and generate investment-related initiatives outside oil drilling and construction. This initiative is critical for SND Oil to differentiate its service delivery model during an industry shift towards growing customer share.
Our diagnostic work earlier this year suggests that a successful Subsidiary program for equipment rental and sales program could boost the company revenue up at least 200% over the next 12-24 months and add $480 to $556 million in annual revenues.
As important, a successful redesign of existing operating processes will allow SND Oil to substantially improve turnaround times for customers and free up time-consuming tasks carried out by frontline staff in Japan. We, therefore, view operations transformation not simply as gaining efficiencies in group office processes, but as a strategic catalyst to lower cost, reduce international frontline work, improve customer service, increase operations and efficiency outside Japan, and increase SND Oil's capabilities as we offer more complex products and services to the market.

Business Manager Job Responsibilities:
Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, heavy construction equipment, and distribution services; supervising our business, Provide quality customer service, Create and coordinate sales associates' schedules, Handle cash, check, direct deposit and card transactions.
Business Manager Job Duties:
§ Maintains receiving, cranes, rigs, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing lease/rental program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
§ Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts.
§ Maintains physical condition of our equipment; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
§ Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
§ Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
§ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
