I'm very good looking and no problem about speaking english.
I don't speak japanese.
Is there a way I can earn a living by doing the gigolo (or "host") for rich women?

You need a visa that permits you working if you want to work in Japan legally.
To obtain a visa you'll need a sponsor.
I do not think immigration office would like the sound of your job description or the potential sponsor...

Seriously, if you work in Japan illegally, you'll be caught and deported, and banned from Japan for 5-10 years. I'm sure you do not like it at all.

Oh, too bad.
I thought maybe I could get a visa from the immigration office saying them I wanted to work as a italian language teacher or something like that, and then the local mafia offered a sort of protection about my real job (escort) at the price of a percentage of my profits.
Isn't this worth trying at all?

You'll need official documents to get the visa, immigration office will not let you in just because you say you want to work.

Besides, if you do not speak Japanese or English fluently, you'll be quite useless even as a gigolo.

Right, are you taking the piss?

Ok, thank you Undrentide. I'll try this in South Korea. BTW I'm ok with english.. I often write stuff for my current job in Italy.
I was serious Derfel! is there in life something better than adventure?

Hahaha.. good one Dave! :-D

It's not a question that we get a lot... actually I think it's the first time, but I don't find it that strange!

You got foreign girls working as hostess, so why not foreign man working as a host. Whoops, looks like something went wrong

Oh, yeah, there will be rich women who can afford foreign, good-looking gigolos, but getting a visa for staying in Japan is another story. These women can't sponsor the guy.

To stay in Japan, you need to be hired by a reputable organization that can sponsor your work visa.
Other alternatives are to study at a school in Japan (student visa), working holiday visa (for one year but not applicable to Italians) and getting married to a Japanese (spouse visa). But such alternatives quash the purpose of being a gigolo, methinks.

Hezam, Mycernius:
Why are you mocking and judging me? do you know my story and what I did to become what I am? I've always tried to get what I wanted, and there's nothing bad about it.

Thank you. Could organizations like the Raphael Club or other host clubs be enough reputable to sponsor my work visa? Maybe I should try to contact them and ask?

It is not actually Mycernius's fault , it is mine.Sorry for the miss understanding.

Frankly speaking, I've never heard of a host club, however large and profitable it may be, sponsoring a work visa. When I said "reputable" I meant an enterprise engaged in respectable business operations.

As undrentide wrote earlier in her post, the Japanese immigration office will not trust a host club to be a respectable sponsor.

Still, it doesn't hurt to ask them about sponsorship. Just expect that the chances are slim.

Technically you aren't supposed to work with a traveler's visa...But with a job as a gigolo while working on the language, I think you could probably do it under-the-table -- at least for 3 months.
