Illegal or not ??

I download some of the old snes games to play on zsnes emulator and the rule for them is that if you don't actually own the game itself then you can only keep them for 24 hours then you have to delete them. Well, I've kept a lot of them for more than a day now. I don't think it's the most right thing to do, but it isn't the wrong thing either. I didn't have to pay for them, indiviually or a member account. I only keep them for myself never adding to the chain of piracy. Besides, they're old SNES games. Nintendo isn't even making a profit off of them. Now if it was PS2 or Gamecube ports then yeah I would say that is a illegal, because the companies are still making a profit with them and pirating them would be stealing that money from them.

Oh, I heard about this one 12 year old girl who had been downloading music off the internet since a couple of years back. When this whole piracy thing came out and they started to crack down on it, they fined the girl over 100000 dollars for all the music she downloaed. Her faimly had to go to court and broughy down the fine to a couple thousand dollars, but it was nuts. Charging 100000 dollars for just a few songs that probably only cost, what 5 dollars a song if even that. My God, you can buy songs at napsters for 99 cents. pfft!

thats real **** i mean here in lt u can buy games music and dvd/vhs ellegal for 5$ per cd in very good quality
