I found this at our local OK Mart today but didn't buy it as I considered it a bit pricey for a snack. My wife insisted it's irresistible, so it's back on the shopping list.
I've never tried this. I'm not even sure if I've seen this before. It looks like the kind of thing my wife would love. I'd try it but I generally don't care for seafood with コリコリ食感.
I don't know how I feel about eating... beak. Seems like something that would be unsettlingly crunchy and devoid of natural flavor, therefore if it's delicious it must be witchcraft.

It's not コリコリ食感 but has a texture like dried chicken. The beaks are too hard to devour; you must nibble around and remove them. Slightly soured, they go well with sake.
